Visit the Photographic Emporium on American Street to try lino printing, inspired by the vibrant colours and geometric patterns of patchwork quilts at the Ulster American Folk Park.

Discover how traditional patchwork techniques combined colour, pattern and texture to create decorative and functional quilts for the home. Then, with the guidance of our Education team, you'll use ink and recycled paper to create stunning, quilt-inspired prints to take home.

This summer craft activity is perfect for families, textile enthusiasts, printmakers, and anyone looking to explore new creative possibilities.

Please note, while we hope to deliver these activities every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout summer, there might be times when these activities aren’t available. Speak to our visitor guides on arrival to find out what specific activities are on that day.
